Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :27\/01\/2009\n\n O R D E R\n                    ANTONY DOMINIC,J.\n               -----------------------\n                 W.P.(C).No.1407 OF 2009\n              ------------------------\n            Dated this the 27th day of January, 2009.\n\n                         JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">      Petitioners submit that they are aggrieved by the<\/p>\n<p>timings that have been issued to the 3rd respondent. It is<\/p>\n<p>stated that, they have already filed Exts.P2 and P3<\/p>\n<p>objections and according to them since the proceedings<\/p>\n<p>fixing the timings have not been issued so far, this writ<\/p>\n<p>petition is   filed praying to direct consideration of their<\/p>\n<p>objections.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">      2.    Even   according    to  the   petitioners, timing<\/p>\n<p>conference has already been convened. If that be so, at this<\/p>\n<p>distance of time there is no question of consideration of<\/p>\n<p>any objections. If the petitioners are aggrieved by the<\/p>\n<p>timings fixed, it is for them        to pursue the statutory<\/p>\n<p>remedies that are available, However the counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners complains that they have not been given a copy<\/p>\n<p>WP(c).No.1407\/09<br \/>\n                                \/2\/<\/p>\n<p>of the proceedings pertaining to the timings of the 3rd<\/p>\n<p>respondent.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">      3.
