The reason for delay is set out in Para 4 and<br \/>\n5 of the application.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">2.0\tRule<br \/>\nwas issued by this Court on 25th January 2011 and is<br \/>\nserved to respondent no. 1.  So far as respondent no. 2 is concerned,<br \/>\nhe is served through the Superintendent, District Prison, Bidar<br \/>\n(Karnataka).\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">3.0\tFor<br \/>\nthe contents of the application, the same is allowed.
