4. LeaI’r_1_e_d ‘\ufb01oitnisel   lpietitioner contends that the_<\/p>\n
acquisition proceeciingse,u1ider.p_Section 11-<\/a>–A of the Act<\/a> stood<\/p>\n
lapsed as theL4Land”Ac’guisitiolnJsofficer could not have passed<\/p>\n
any award gwhen’-\u00bb the interim order of stay of dispossession<\/p>\n
:’l’._passed”byC,ourt was in force with effect from 19.06.1987.<\/p>\n
  passed on 29.09.1988, being in violation of<\/p>\n
l  the inte_1*irrivordnerApassed, cannot be recognised in the eye of law<\/p>\n
 Vaiidvvaward. He therefore contends that once the said<\/p>\n
 ignored, as there is no other award passed within the<\/p>\n
 “‘–stat_1itoI’y period prescribed under Section 11-<\/a>–A of the Act<\/a>, the<\/p>\n
Court, the same shall be excluded. The Division Bench of the
\nHigh Court in the said case had held that the order restraining<\/p>\n
dispossession passed by the High Court did not amount’ <\/p>\n
of further proceedings nor prevented the  V’<\/p>\n

 publication of Notification under Section 6<\/a> of the Act is granted,<\/p>\n
