Appellant&#8217;s case, he did not have any ration card which<br \/>\n                                                  was being used as the Appellant had not filled the old<br \/>\n                                                  card&#8217;s column.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">First Appeal:\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_5\">Unsatisfactory and incomplete information received from the PIO.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_6\">Order of the FAA:\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_7\">The FAA in its order advised the Appellant to apply for a fresh ration card as and when any scheme was<br \/>\nlaunched for the Jhuggi dwellers by the Government.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_8\">Ground of the Second Appeal:\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_9\">Unfair disposal of the Appeal by the FAA.<br \/>\n Relevant Facts emerging during Hearing:<br \/>\nThe following were present<br \/>\nAppellant : Mr. Bindeshwar Paswan<br \/>\nRespondent : Mr. H. P. Meena, Public Information Officer &amp; Asstt.
