Nos. 3686 of<\/p>\n<p>                   2010 and 3799 of 2010 relying on the orders of this<\/p>\n<p>                   Court dated 25.1.2010 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 18122 of<\/p>\n<p>                   2009, against which the Bank has preferred L.P.A. No.<\/p>\n<p>                   371 of 2010 in which notices have been issued to the<\/p>\n<p>                   contempt petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">                             In the circumstances, I am not inclined to<\/p>\n<p>                   proceed with the contempt petitions, which are,<\/p>\n<p>                   accordingly, disposed of observing that the Bank shall<\/p>\n<p>                   abide by the final order passed in L.P.A.
