After investigation, the case was<\/p>\n<p>                   found true under the aforesaid Sections.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">                                  Allegation        is     that        the     accused<\/p>\n<p>                   persons have demanded Rs. 50,000\/- from the<\/p>\n<p>                   deceased    who     was    second       wife       and    when    the<\/p>\n<p>                   amount was not given she was killed.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">                                  Submission is that the deceased was<\/p>\n<p>                   second   wife      and    there       was     no       question    of<\/p>\n<p>                   demanding        any       dowry.           In         fact,      the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner&#8217;s wife was suffering from diarrhea<\/p>\n<p>                   and vomiting for which she was treated in a<\/p>\n<p>                   clinic     at      Rajgir.           When        the      condition<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\" id=\"span_1\">                                2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>            deteriorated, she was brought to Government<\/p>\n<p>            Hospital, Bihar Sharif and after death she<\/p>\n<p>            was   duly    cremated.          Nobody     has     seen    the<\/p>\n<p>            occurrence.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_5\">                         Considering            the          facts       and<\/p>\n<p>            circumstances of the case, prayer for bail is<\/p>\n<p>            allowed.     Let   petitioner       Jagdish        Prasad    be<\/p>\n<p>            enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of<\/p>\n<p>            Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand) with two sureties<\/p>\n<p>            of the like amount each to the satisfaction<\/p>\n<p>            of     the             learned       Chief           Judicial<\/p>\n<p>            Magistrate\/court           concerned,            Nalanda      at<\/p>\n<p>            Biharsharif    in       connection        with    Deep     Nagar<\/p>\n<p>            P.S.
