The<br \/>\npetitioner in Cr1.P 5773\/2010 is an Ex~partnerVV.olt_:th_e<br \/>\nsaid company. &#8216; d It  <\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">2. On 27.10.2010. the Managing Pai&#8217;tner:riamge1ly: &#8221; \u00ab<br \/>\nKiran Kumar lodged the first<br \/>\njurisdictional police alleging&#8217;l_o&#8217;ff_ences.  <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/doc\/1327851\/\" id=\"a_5\">Sections 408<\/a>, <a href=\"\/doc\/1099980\/\" id=\"a_6\">420<\/a>, <a href=\"\/doc\/1115297\/\" id=\"a_7\">381<\/a>  ..&#8217;ll&#8217;hev._Apetitioners<\/p>\n<p>are  &#8216;arrest\ufb01&#8217; &#8216;  &#8216;<br \/>\n  learned Counsel<\/p>\n<p>for petivtionersangdv-. learrreld Government Pleader for the<\/p>\n<p>  have&#8221;&#8221;&#8221;been taken through investigation<\/p>\n<p> rel(:Vords;,&#8221;&#8216;in par_tieu1ar the first information, which would<\/p>\n<p>reveal  allegations made against the petitioners<\/p>\n<p>3u&#8221;&#8221;&#8211;__V&#8221;relates. to-l:&#8217;internal disputes of partnership firm and also<\/p>\n<p> _ &#8216;dispute in relation to the manner in which the business<\/p>\n<p>  wliich earlier carried on by the \ufb01rm &#8216; &#8216; &#8221; was split up<\/p>\n<p> in January&#8217;2010. The allegations also refer to the rights<\/p>\n<p>W\/\/,<\/p>\n<p>7\\i 0&#8243;} I  1. x<\/p>\n<p>of an outgoing partner to start a business of identical<\/p>\n<p>nature in his own name.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">4. Therefore, without going into further details. the<br \/>\ndirection sought for is granted for a limited<br \/>\nenable petitioners to seek regular bail.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_5\">5. In the result, I pass the fo.s.. Bangalore City<br \/>\n *  for offences punishable under<br \/>\n 408, 420, 381 r\/W 3-47 <a href=\"\/doc\/1569253\/\" id=\"a_8\">I.P.C<\/a>., they shall<br \/>\nif  released on bail on their executing bonds for<br \/>\na sum of Rs.25,000\/~ each offering a surety for<\/p>\n<p>the Iikesum. 7&#8243;\\*.
