Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :02\/07\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                           ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n\n                         ===============\n                      W.P.(C) NO. 19851 OF 2008 L\n                     ====================\n\n                  Dated this the 2nd day of July, 2008\n\n                                J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">      In this writ petition, all that is sought for by the petitioner is to direct<\/p>\n<p>the 2nd respondent to take up and consider Ext.P2.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">      2.     I have heard the counsel for respondents 1 and 2 also.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">      3.     Having regard to the facts as pleaded by the writ petitioner,<\/p>\n<p>this writ petition is disposed of directing that if Ext.P2 has been received,<\/p>\n<p>orders thereon will be passed by the 2nd respondent.
