Resolution dated<br \/>\n23.8.1973 after due interpretation of Letter dated 11.1.1979 at Ann.E<br \/>\nissued by the Section Officer of Respondent No.1 be directed to the<br \/>\nrespondents to remove the age bar so that the petitioner could get<br \/>\nthe benefit of lien and further be directed to give all retirement<br \/>\nbenefits and be continued to give pension, in the interest of<br \/>\njustice;\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">(D)\tpending<br \/>\nadmission and final disposal of the present petition, this Hon&#8217;ble<br \/>\nCourt may be pleased to direct the respondents authorities to<br \/>\nconsider properly and positively the prayer in terms of paragraph<br \/>\n10(C) of this petition forthwith, in the interest of justice;\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_5\">(E)\tAny<br \/>\nother and further relief\/s may kindly be granted in the interest of<br \/>\njustice.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_6\">2.\tMr.Parekh,<br \/>\nlearned advocate for the petitioner, during the course of arguments<br \/>\nsubmitted that since the petitioner has already superannuated, he is<br \/>\nnot pressing the prayer, so far as it relates to lien. The only<br \/>\nprayer that the petitioner now would like to press is for retiral<br \/>\nbenefits to which the petitioner is entitled to. In that context, he<br \/>\nalso states that a representation made by the petitioner is already<br \/>\npending before the respondent-authorities.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_7\">3.\tThis<br \/>\npetition is disposed of with a direction to the<br \/>\nrespondent-authorities to take decision on the representation that<br \/>\nthe petitioner will make for his retiral benefits, within a period of<br \/>\none week from today. The respondent-authorities shall taken decision<br \/>\non the representation within a period of eight weeks from the date of<br \/>\nreceipt of the representation, in accordance with law and in light of<br \/>\ntheir own Circular. The petition stands disposed of accordingly. Rule<br \/>\ndischarged.
