The move is alleged to have<br \/>\nbeen made at the behest of the private respondent, who is owning the<br \/>\nabutting land.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">\tThe<br \/>\nCourt is of the view that let there be a notice, returnable on<br \/>\n01.08.2011.  In the mean time and till the returnable date,<br \/>\nthe ad-interim relief in terms of para 30 (F) is granted.
