No. 810 of 2005. Her case is that she<\/p>\n<p>                   belongs to Extremely Backward Class Community.<\/p>\n<p>                   The learned Single Judge disposed of the writ<\/p>\n<p>                   petition after setting aside the appointment of the<\/p>\n<p>                   respondent no.9, appellant herein observing that in<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\" id=\"span_1\">                          2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>       view of policy decision of the Government only<\/p>\n<p>       members of Scheduled Caste Community can be<\/p>\n<p>       appointed as Anganbari Sevika and the learned<\/p>\n<p>       Single Judge remanded the matter back for fresh<\/p>\n<p>       consideration by appointment committee.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">                 The     learned      Government        Pleader<\/p>\n<p>       submitted that the Government has inducted the<\/p>\n<p>       rule for appointment for Anganbari Sevika in the<\/p>\n<p>       year 2010 and fresh appointments have already<\/p>\n<p>       been made for the aforesaid post and her case has<\/p>\n<p>       been rejected. But however as has been held by the<\/p>\n<p>       learned Single Judge, that she belongs to the<\/p>\n<p>       Extremely      Backward     Class   Community       and<\/p>\n<p>       therefore she cannot be appointed as Anganbari<\/p>\n<p>       Sevika in the Centre where she has been appointed,<\/p>\n<p>       we are of the opinion that it would suffice, if a liberty<\/p>\n<p>       is granted to the appellant herein to apply as a fresh<\/p>\n<p>       candidate as per the latest rules, if she is otherwise<\/p>\n<p>       eligible as Anganbari Sewika. This Court orders<\/p>\n<p>       accordingly.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">                 With the above observation, the L.P.A.<\/p>\n<p>       stands disposed off.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">\n<p id=\"p_4\">                                     (T.
