He is placed under suspension, in contemplation of  disciplinary<\/p>\n<p>proceedings.     He   has   already   been   served   with   Ext.P2   memo   of<\/p>\n<p>charges and he has filed Ext.P3 reply also.   Claiming reinstatement in<\/p>\n<p>service,   pending   finalisation   of   the   proceedings   against   him,   he   has<\/p>\n<p>filed   Ext.P6   representation,   before   the   third   respondent.     Thereafter,<\/p>\n<p>this writ petition is filed, seeking appropriate reliefs.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">       2.
