No.17914 of 2010\n                             VEENA DEVI\n                                  Versus\n                         THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                 -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2.   27.01.2011              The learned counsel for the petitioner is<\/p>\n<p>                  permitted to implead the informant as opposite party<\/p>\n<p>                  no. 2.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             It has been submitted that the informant is<\/p>\n<p>                  the father-in-law of the petitioner and there is serious<\/p>\n<p>                  land dispute between them, on account of which<\/p>\n<p>                  malicious First Information Report has been instituted<\/p>\n<p>                  which ended in a final report but disagreeing of the<\/p>\n<p>                  same cognizance has been taken in the matter.<\/p>\n<p>                             Issue notice to the opposite party no. 2 to<\/p>\n<p>                  show cause as to why this application be not<\/p>\n<p>                  admitted\/disposed off at the stage of admission itself,<\/p>\n<p>                  for which requisites etc. under registered cover with<\/p>\n<p>                  A\/D as well as ordinary process must be filed within<\/p>\n<p>                  10 days, failing which this application shall stand<\/p>\n<p>                  rejected without further reference to the Bench.<\/p>\n<p>                             The   Rule    is   returnable   within   three<\/p>\n<p>                  months.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<pre>         Fahad.
