NO. 16136 OF 2008 U\n                  --------------------------------------\n                  Dated this the 2nd July, 2008\n\n                            JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">      When the matter came up today, both the learned counsel<\/p>\n<p>for the petitioners and the learned Special Government Pleader<\/p>\n<p>for Taxes, submitted that pursuant to the order passed by this<\/p>\n<p>Court, order has been passed withdrawing the Garnishee Order,<\/p>\n<p>subject to the result of the Writ Appeal No.1023\/08. I feel that<\/p>\n<p>in the light of this development, it may not be necessary to<\/p>\n<p>consider the questions raised in the Writ Petition for the present,<\/p>\n<p>as they have become unnecessary.               Accordingly, the Writ<\/p>\n<p>Petition is closed. It is also unnecessary for me to state that the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner will be allowed to operate the Account in view of the<\/p>\n<p>fact that the order itself has been withdrawn.
