DAVE\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\n \n \n\n\n \n\nDate\n: 15\/03\/2010 \n\n \n\nORAL\nORDER<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">1.\t\tThis<br \/>\npetition is filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of<br \/>\nIndia to quash and set aside the order passed below Exh.1 in Human<br \/>\nRights Application No.6 of 2007 by the learned Addl.Sessions Judge.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">2.\t\tA<br \/>\nperusal of the order dated 28.1.2010 of the learned Addl.Sessions<br \/>\nJudge, 4th Fast Track Court, Rajkot reveals merciless<br \/>\nbeating of one tailor namely, Rasikbhai Ravjibhai, husband of the<br \/>\napplicant before the learned Addl.Sessions Judge and prima facie,<br \/>\nit was found that he was beaten and marks  of such beatings were<br \/>\nnoticed  and medical certificate also revealed the same.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">3.\t\tIn<br \/>\nview of the above, the District Superintendent of Police, Rajkot is<br \/>\ndirected to submit a report as to what departmental action is taken<br \/>\nagainst the applicants herein and whether any preliminary inquiry was<br \/>\nmade or not.
