By this appeal, the insurance company has raised the plea of limited liability and<\/p>\n<p>assailed the award in question. It is undisputed that the insurance company had charged a<\/p>\n<p>premium of Rs.240\/- which was premium for &#8216;Liability to Public Risk&#8217; and not premium<\/p>\n<p>for &#8216;Act Only Liability&#8217;. The premium for &#8216;Act Only Liability&#8217; was Rs.200\/-.<\/p>\n<p>2.     In view of decision of this court in F.A.O. No. 257 of 1991 titled Neeta Trehan &amp;<\/p>\n<p>Ors. Vs.
