Civil<br \/>\nApplication No.740 of 2010.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">\tNow,<br \/>\nlearned advocate Mr. J. R. Shah seeks permission to withdraw the<br \/>\nFirst Appeal as well as the Civil Application.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">\tThe<br \/>\nrequest of learned advocate Mr. Shah to withdraw the First Appeal and<br \/>\nCivil Application is granted.  The applicant is permitted to withdraw<br \/>\nthe Civil Application as well as the First Appeal.
