                           removal of respondent no.9 from the post of<\/p>\n
                           Mukhiya     in    terms       of        provisions       of     sub<\/p>\n
                           section    (5)    of     Section         18    of   the       Bihar<\/p>\n
                           Panchayat        Raj     Act,          2006    and       further<\/p>\n
                           direction to take appropriate action against<\/p>\n
                           respondent       no.9    on     the      basis      of    enquiry<\/p>\n
                           report as contained in Annexure-4.<\/p>\n
                                     It     is     submitted         by     the     learned<\/p>\n
                           counsel for the respondents that this writ<\/p>\n
                           application has become infructuous since the
