The Applicant filed an RTI application dt.12.11.08 with the PIO, NWR, HQ, Jaipur. He<br \/>\n       requested for information against 14 points including recruitment in Group D through<br \/>\n       PET and written exam. Shri Rajeev Singh, PIO replied on 12.12.08 enclosing the<br \/>\n       desired information. Not satisfied with the reply, the Applicant filed an appeal<br \/>\n       dt.13.1.09 with the Appellate Authority commenting on the information provided by<br \/>\n       the PIO. Shri Naresh Malhan, Appellate Authority replied on 10.3.09 providing further<br \/>\n       information. The Applicant filed a second appeal dt.8.6.09 before CIC reiterating the<br \/>\n       request as mentioned in his first appeal dt.13.1.09.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">2.     The Bench of Mrs. Annapurna Dixit, Information Commissioner, scheduled the hearing<br \/>\n       for January 8, 2010.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">3.     Shri Rajeev Singh, PIO, Shri Suresh Chandra, Dy.CVO, Shri J.N.Meena, APO, Shri<br \/>\n       N.K.Meena, Dy.CE and Shri M.K.Sharma, APIO represented the Public Authority.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">4.     The Applicant was present along with Shri M.K.Tyagi during the hearing.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">Decision<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_5\">5.     The Appellant submitted that though initially inspection was not allowed,        he was<br \/>\n       allowed later to inspect all the files and certified copies of documents were provided to<br \/>\n       him. The Commission holds that complete information has been provided and<br \/>\n       accordingly disposes of the appeal.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_6\">6.     The PIO to showcause why a penalty of Rs.250\/- per day should not be imposed upon<br \/>\n       him for denying inspection of files, without any reasonable cause.
