Joshi,                 Advocate,    for\n              the petitioners.\n\n              Mr.   Kamaldeep    Singh   Sidhu,\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">              Deputy Advocate General, Punjab.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">                             .      .     .\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">AJAI LAMBA, J (Oral)<\/p>\n<p>              This     petition         has     been      filed   under<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/doc\/1783708\/\" id=\"a_1\">Section 438<\/a> Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in<\/p>\n<p>FIR No.107 dated 15.7.2008 lodged for offences under<\/p>\n<p>Section(s) 353, 186, 341, 506, 147, 149 and 120-B <a href=\"\/doc\/1569253\/\" id=\"a_1\">IPC<\/a><\/p>\n<p>with Police Station, Dirba, District Sangrur.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">              Learned        counsel          for   the     respondent<\/p>\n<p>State, on instructions from Hans Raj, Head Constable,<\/p>\n<p>states that the petitioners have joined investigation<\/p>\n<p>and are not required for further investigation at<\/p>\n<p>this stage.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">              In view of the statement made by the<\/p>\n<p>learned   counsel      for        the   respondent-State,          this<br \/>\n Crl. Misc.
