Case No.149 of 2010 instituted under Sections-20(b)<\/p>\n<p>                        of <a href=\"\/doc\/1727139\/\" id=\"a_1\">N.D.P.S. Act<\/a> &amp; 47(a) of the Bihar Excise Act for allegedly having<\/p>\n<p>                        been found in possession of 16 small packets (Puria) of allegedly<\/p>\n<p>                        Ganja and 7 pouches of country made liquor.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">                                       Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that so far as<\/p>\n<p>                        Ganja is concerned it is even less than small quantity and the country<\/p>\n<p>                        liquor pouches are not in large number so as to draw any adverse<\/p>\n<p>                        inference against the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">                                       Be that as it may, let the petitioner above-named be<\/p>\n<p>                        released on bail on furnishing a bail bond of Rs.10,000\/- (Rupees Ten<\/p>\n<p>                        Thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of<\/p>\n<p>                        the Sessions Judge, Saharsa in connection with      Salkhua P.S.
