Shah for the applicant states that the applicant<br \/>\n\tInsurance Company has already deposited the principal amount as well<br \/>\n\tthe interest amount at the rate of 12% i.e. 6,42,958\/- before the<br \/>\n\tLearned Commissioner for Employee&#8217;s <a href=\"\/doc\/1113485\/\" id=\"a_1\">Compensation Act<\/a>, Amreli.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">So<br \/>\n\tfar as the interest amount of Rs.3,33,090\/- which is under challenge<br \/>\n\tdeposited by the applicant Insurance Company as referred above is<br \/>\n\tconcerned, the said amount shall be invested by the Trial Court in<br \/>\n\tany nationalised Bank in Cumulative<br \/>\n\tFixed Deposit in the joint name of the original claimant and in the<br \/>\n\tname of Nazir of the Trial Court initially for a period of three<br \/>\n\tyears and such investment shall be renewed from time to time until<br \/>\n\tthe Appeal is finally disposed of. The original FDR(s) shall be<br \/>\n\tretained with the Nazir of the Trial Court.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">So<br \/>\n\tfar as the disbursement is concerned, from the rest of the deposited<br \/>\n\tamount, the Trial Court is directed to disburse 30% of remaining<br \/>\n\tamount deposited by the Insurance Company, to the original claimant<br \/>\n\tby Account Payee cheque in the name of the original claimant after<br \/>\n\tproper verification. Remaining 70% amount shall be invested by the<br \/>\n\tTrial Court in any nationalised Bank in Fixed Deposit in the joint<br \/>\n\tname of the original claimant and in the name of Nazar of the Trial<br \/>\n\tCourt initially for a period of three years and such investment<br \/>\n\tshall be renewed from time to time until the Appeal is finally<br \/>\n\tdisposed of. The original FDR(s) shall be retained with the Nazir of<br \/>\n\tthe Trial Court.
