The petitioner is senior to the 6th respondent,<\/p>\n<p>but she is recognised as a protected teacher. The 6th respondent,<\/p>\n<p>though junior to the petitioner, is accommodated in a regular post. The<\/p>\n<p>petitioner contends that this is against the Division Bench decision of<\/p>\n<p>this Court in <a href=\"\/doc\/1747866\/\" id=\"a_1\">Rani George v. Deputy Director of Education<\/a> [2004 (1)<\/p>\n<p>KLT 460]. In this regard against the order passed by the Director of<\/p>\n<p>Public Instructions, the petitioner has filed Ext.P4 revision petition<\/p>\n<p>before the 1st respondent. The petitioner seeks a direction to the 1st<\/p>\n<p>respondent to consider Ext.P4 revision and pass orders thereon<\/p>\n<p>expeditiously.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">       2.   I have heard the learned Government Pleader also.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">       3.
