Case No. 17\/2011,<\/p>\n<p>                   G.R. No. 755\/2011, pending in the court of Chief<\/p>\n<p>                   Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga, is solitary named<\/p>\n<p>                   accused in this case being a P.D.S. Dealer carries<\/p>\n<p>                   allegation of shortage of grains etc.<\/p>\n<p>                             Submission is that almost two years before<\/p>\n<p>                   another suspended the shop of a different person<\/p>\n<p>                   who also attached to the petitioner who as early as<\/p>\n<p>                   on 1st April 2010 intimated the Block Supply Officer,<\/p>\n<p>                   Tardih, Darbhanga, that he has taken additional<\/p>\n<p>                   room on rent from one Modkant Thakur, S\/o &#8211; lat<\/p>\n<p>                   Bodh Narayan Thakur, Village &#8211; Mahiya, P.S. &#8211;<\/p>\n<p>                   Sakatpur, District &#8211; Darbhanga, Khata No. 159,<\/p>\n<p>                   Khesra No. 795 measuring 12 ft. x 10 ft.      But in<\/p>\n<p>                   spite of due intimiation no search was made from<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\" id=\"span_1\">                                2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>          where all such grains were available at the relevant<\/p>\n<p>          time.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">                     Considering the facts and circumstances of<\/p>\n<p>          the case, in the event of his arrest or surrender<\/p>\n<p>          within a period of four weeks, let the above-named<\/p>\n<p>          petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail<\/p>\n<p>          bond of sum of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand only)<\/p>\n<p>          with two sureties of the like amount each to the<\/p>\n<p>          satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga,<\/p>\n<p>          in connection with Sakatpur P.S. Case No. 17\/2011,<\/p>\n<p>          G.R.
