We \u00a0 heard \u00a0 this \u00a0 case \u00a0 through \u00a0 videoconferencing. \u00a0 The \u00a0 Appellant \u00a0 was\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>present\u00a0in\u00a0the\u00a0Madhubani\u00a0studio\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0NIC\u00a0while\u00a0the\u00a0Respondent\u00a0was\u00a0present\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>in\u00a0our\u00a0chamber.\u00a0We\u00a0heard\u00a0their\u00a0submissions.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">\n<p id=\"p_2\">3.      The \u00a0 Appellant\u00a0 had\u00a0 requested\u00a0 the \u00a0 CPIO\u00a0 about\u00a0 the \u00a0 action \u00a0 taken \u00a0 on \u00a0 a\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>petition\u00a0 he\u00a0 had\u00a0 sent\u00a0 to \u00a0 the\u00a0 Supreme\u00a0 Court\u00a0 demanding\u00a0 that\u00a0 Netaji\u00a0 Subhash\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>CIC\/WB\/A\/2009\/000716\u00a0&amp;\u00a0CIC\/WB\/A\/2010\/000002\u00adSM<br \/>\n Chandra\u00a0Bose\u00a0be\u00a0declared\u00a0as\u00a0the\u00a0leader\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0nation\u00a0in\u00a0place\u00a0of\u00a0Mahatma\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Gandhi\u00a0and\u00a0that\u00a0all\u00a0leaders\u00a0associated\u00a0with\u00a0the\u00a0UPA\u00a0government\u00a0be\u00a0sent\u00a0to\u00a0jail.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0CPIO\u00a0had\u00a0informed\u00a0him\u00a0that\u00a0although\u00a0his\u00a0RTI\u00a0application\u00a0was\u00a0not\u00a0valid\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>since\u00a0it\u00a0was\u00a0not\u00a0accompanied\u00a0with\u00a0the\u00a0application\u00a0fee\u00a0in\u00a0the\u00a0prescribed\u00a0manner,\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>the \u00a0 fact \u00a0 was\u00a0 that \u00a0 his \u00a0 petition \u00a0 had \u00a0 been \u00a0 filed \u00a0 as \u00a0 it \u00a0 was \u00a0 not \u00a0 found \u00a0 fit \u00a0 to \u00a0 be\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>accepted\u00a0as\u00a0a\u00a0PIL.\u00a0The\u00a0Appellate\u00a0Authority\u00a0had\u00a0endorsed\u00a0the\u00a0response\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>CPIO.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">\n<p id=\"p_4\">4.       During\u00a0the\u00a0hearing,\u00a0the\u00a0Appellant,\u00a0rather\u00a0very\u00a0animatedly,\u00a0exhorted\u00a0that\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>strong\u00a0action\u00a0be\u00a0taken\u00a0against\u00a0corrupt\u00a0leaders.\u00a0It\u00a0is\u00a0clear\u00a0that\u00a0he\u00a0had\u00a0no\u00a0idea\u00a0of\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>what\u00a0to\u00a0seek\u00a0under\u00a0the\u00a0Right\u00a0to\u00a0Information\u00a0(RTI)\u00a0Act.\u00a0In\u00a0any\u00a0case,\u00a0the\u00a0CPIO\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>had\u00a0very\u00a0truthfully\u00a0informed\u00a0him\u00a0about\u00a0whatever\u00a0action\u00a0had\u00a0been\u00a0taken\u00a0on\u00a0his\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>petition.\u00a0There\u00a0is\u00a0nothing\u00a0more\u00a0to\u00a0be\u00a0provided\u00a0to\u00a0him\u00a0by\u00a0way\u00a0of\u00a0information.\u00a0The\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>case\u00a0is,\u00a0therefore,\u00a0disposed\u00a0of\u00a0without\u00a0any\u00a0further\u00a0orders.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_5\">5.
