No.21383 of 2011\n\n          Randhir Kumar, son of Ramnandan Prasad, resident of village -\n          Chakdiwan, P.O. &amp; P.S. - Sheikhpura, District - Sheikhpura.\n                                                            --------- Petitioner.\n                                 Versus\n          The State Of Bihar                              -----Opposite Party\n                                  *******\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">02.   25.07.2011              Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>                    learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">                              Supplementary affidavit has been filed on<\/p>\n<p>                    behalf of the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">                              The petitioner apprehends his arrest in<\/p>\n<p>                    connection with Complaint Case No. 107C\/2006 for<\/p>\n<p>                    the offences under <a href=\"\/doc\/1011035\/\" id=\"a_1\">Sections 323<\/a>\/<a href=\"\/doc\/1359568\/\" id=\"a_1\">418<\/a>\/<a href=\"\/doc\/1436241\/\" id=\"a_2\">420<\/a>\/<a href=\"\/doc\/555306\/\" id=\"a_3\">504<\/a> of the<\/p>\n<p>                    Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Additional<\/p>\n<p>                    Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">                              The petitioner is solitary named accused in<\/p>\n<p>                    this complaint case relating to some commercial<\/p>\n<p>                    transaction between the parties.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">                              Considering the facts and circumstances of<\/p>\n<p>                    the case, in the event of his arrest or surrender within<\/p>\n<p>                    a period of four weeks, let the above-named petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                    be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of sum of<\/p>\n<p>                    Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand only) with two sureties of<\/p>\n<p>                    the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additonal<\/p>\n<p>                    Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai, in connection<\/p>\n<p>                    with Complaint Case No. 107C of 2006, subject to<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\" id=\"span_1\">                                2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>          condition under <a href=\"\/doc\/1692057\/\" id=\"a_4\">section 438(2)<\/a> of the Code of Criminal<\/p>\n<p>          Procedure, and additional condition to attend the<\/p>\n<p>          court regularly at least for three years or till disposal<\/p>\n<p>          of the case, whichever is earlier and in the event of<\/p>\n<p>          failure   on   two       consecutive   dates,   without   any<\/p>\n<p>          reasonable explanation, the privilege granted shall be<\/p>\n<p>          deemed to be cancelled.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_5\">\n<p id=\"p_6\">                                          ( Akhilesh Chandra, J.)<br \/>\nRajeev\/\n <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Randhir Kumar vs The State Of Bihar on 25 July, 2011 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Cr.Misc.
