He complains of suffering from<br \/>\nepilepsy. His grievance is that he is not being given proper<br \/>\ntreatment.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">\tLearned<br \/>\nAPP however produced on record a communication dated 14.9.2010 from<br \/>\nthe Medical Officer,  Vadodara Central Jail indicating that applicant<br \/>\nwas treated at Ahmedabad Civil Hospital. However, even while<br \/>\ntreatment was incomplete, he refused to take further treatment.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">\tBe<br \/>\nthat as it may, applicant is granted parole leave for a period of 15<br \/>\ndays on his depositing an amount of Rs.5,000\/-(Rupees five thousand<br \/>\nonly) before the jail authorities to enable him to take treatment<br \/>\nfrom a private Doctor.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_5\">Upon completion of the said parole period, he shall surrender before<br \/>\nthe jail authorities.
