Justice P.N.RAVINDRAN\n\n Dated :05\/12\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                       P.N.RAVINDRAN, J.\n\n                   -------------------------------\n\n                    W.P.(C) No.32512 of 2008\n\n                   -------------------------------\n\n                Dated this the 5th December, 2008.\n\n                         J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">              This   writ   petition   was    filed on  4.10.2008<\/p>\n<p>apprehending that Ext.P3 order transferring the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>posting him in the Basic Training Centre, Kollam, will be cancelled<\/p>\n<p>with a view to favour the additional fifth respondent. It is now<\/p>\n<p>stated that even on 1.10.2008, Ext.P3 order had been cancelled.<\/p>\n<p>The petitioner has thereafter filed W.P.(C) No.36030 of 2008<\/p>\n<p>challenging the order cancelling Ext.P3 and seeking other reliefs.<\/p>\n<p>The learned counsel submits that in view of these facts, the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition<\/p>\n<p>reserving liberty with him to prosecute W.P.(C) No.36030 of 2008<\/p>\n<p>and without prejudice to his contentions therein.
