However,<br \/>\nthe Appellant has produced before the Commission a letter signed by Mr. Jain Bhushan dated 14\/10\/2010<br \/>\nwherein it has been stated that, &#8220;the photocopy of the computer report of the writ in the high court of<br \/>\nAllahabad Writ petition no. 10217\/1994, Subhash Chandra Vs Bank of India was filed in 1994. It will take<br \/>\nsome time to get the information about this writ and within 15 to 20 days the information will be provided<br \/>\nto you.&#8221; The Appellant states that he is seeking the same information which was promised in 15 to 20<br \/>\ndays by the letter of 14\/10\/2010.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\"> Decision:\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_5\">The Appeal is allowed.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_6\">       The PIO is directed to provide the information which was promised in point-3 of the<br \/>\nletter reference no.
