Justice K.BALAKRISHNAN NAIR\n\n Dated :12\/06\/2007\n\n O R D E R\n                           K.BALAKRISHNAN NAIR, J.\n\n                           ------------------------------\n\n                       W.P.(C) No. 26355 of 2006-K\n\n                       -------------------------------------\n\n                  Dated this the  12th   day of June, 2007.\n\n\n                                 J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">          The petitioner is a Lower Division Clerk, working in the Cochin<\/p>\n<p>Corporation.     By   Ext.P2   order   dated   4-10-2006,   he   has   been<\/p>\n<p>transferred   to   Mattannur   Municipality.     As     per   Ext.P3   order   dated<\/p>\n<p>5-10-2006, he has been relieved also.  So, this writ petition was filed,<\/p>\n<p>challenging   Exts.P2   and   P3.     Pursuant   to   the   interim   order   of   this<\/p>\n<p>Court, the  petitioner   is   being   presently   retained   in   the   Cochin<\/p>\n<p>Corporation.   Against the transfer order  the petitioner    has preferred<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P4   representation,   before     the   additional   third   respondent.     The<\/p>\n<p>petitioner prays, the said respondent may be directed to consider and<\/p>\n<p>dispose of that representation.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">\n<p id=\"p_2\">       2.     I   heard   the   learned   Government   Pleader   for   respondents   1<\/p>\n<p>and 3.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">\n<p id=\"p_4\">       The   Writ   Petition   is   disposed   of   directing   the   additional   third<\/p>\n<p>respondent, to consider and pass orders on   Ext.P4 representation, in<\/p>\n<p>accordance   with  law,  within two   moths   from  the   date  of  receipt   of  a<\/p>\n<p>copy of this judgment.
