Petitioner\n                                       Versus\n                               THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                      -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">02\/      10.03.2011                 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the<\/p>\n<p>                          State.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">                                    Petitioner appears to have misused the privilege<\/p>\n<p>                          of bail granted by this Court for about seven months.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">                                    It is submitted on his behalf that during the<\/p>\n<p>                          period of misuse, he had gone to Punjab for his livelihood.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">                                    Let petitioner above named file affidavit in the<\/p>\n<p>                          court below that he will not misuse the privilege of bail<\/p>\n<p>                          hereafter and on filing of the aforesaid affidavit, he be<\/p>\n<p>                          released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 5,000\/- (Rs.<\/p>\n<p>                          Five thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount<\/p>\n<p>                          each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge,<\/p>\n<p>                          F.T.C. IVth, Supaul in connection with S.T. No. 142 of<\/p>\n<p>                          2003 arising out of Chhatapur P.S. Case No. 55 of 2000,<\/p>\n<p>                          but it is made clear that if the petitioner misuses the<\/p>\n<p>                          privilege of bail hereafter, matter will be taken seriously.<\/p>\n<pre id=\"pre_1\">Arjun\/                                                       ( V.
