No.6551 of 2011\n                      KALI MAHTO son of Late Ram Prasad Mahto\n                                       Versus\n                              THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                     -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">2\/   23.03.2011                   Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">                                  The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the<\/p>\n<p>                      offence under <a href=\"\/doc\/455468\/\" id=\"a_1\">sections 307<\/a>\/<a href=\"\/doc\/37788\/\" id=\"a_1\">34<\/a> of the Indian Penal Code.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">                                  Considering that pellet was embedded in the neck of the<\/p>\n<p>                      injured and such injury was caused by the petitioner, I am not<\/p>\n<p>                      inclined to grant bail to petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">                                  Prayer for bail is rejected.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">                                  The trial court is directed to expedite the trial in view of<\/p>\n<p>                      the serious nature of the offence.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_5\">\n<pre id=\"pre_1\">         JA\/-                                                    (Anjana Prakash,J.)\n <\/pre>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Kali Kahto vs The State Of Bihar on 23 March, 2011 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Cr.
