Jani,  learned advocate appearing on behalf<br \/>\n\tof  the respondent No.2.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">Having<br \/>\n\theard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respective<br \/>\n\tparties and as the application is not opposed by Mr.Yatin N. Oza,<br \/>\n\tlearned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent No.2 &#8211;<br \/>\n\toriginal complainant, and considering the order dtd.7\/10\/2010 passed<br \/>\n\tby the Hon&#8217;ble Supreme Court<br \/>\n\tin Special Leave to Appeal (Criminal) No.8339 of 2010  with Special<br \/>\n\tLeave Petition (Criminal) No.21265 of 2010, (arising out of<br \/>\n\tjudgement and order dtd.27\/9\/2010 passed in SCRLA No.1540 of 2010<br \/>\n\tand CRLMA No.9892 of 2010),  present application is allowed and the<br \/>\n\tprayer in terms of para 12(B) is hereby granted and the applicant<br \/>\n\tand\/or the advocate applicant shall be heard at the time of hearing<br \/>\n\tof  the main petition being Special Criminal Application No.1565 of<br \/>\n\t2010 and the said main petition  shall be heard, decided and<br \/>\n\tdisposed of accordingly.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_5\"> Registry<br \/>\n\tis directed to  show the name of Mr.Parthiv B.
