Whether the judgment should be reported in the Digest ?\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_7\">                                ***<\/p>\n<p>AJAY TEWARI, J (Oral)<\/p>\n<p>             This is a petition for quashing of FIR No.401, dated<\/p>\n<p>24.11.2006, registered under <a href=\"\/doc\/1540253\/\" id=\"a_1\">Sections 326<\/a>\/<a href=\"\/doc\/724142\/\" id=\"a_1\">324<\/a>\/<a href=\"\/doc\/1011035\/\" id=\"a_2\">323<\/a>\/<a href=\"\/doc\/1101188\/\" id=\"a_3\">379<\/a>\/<a href=\"\/doc\/180217\/\" id=\"a_4\">506<\/a>\/<a href=\"\/doc\/763672\/\" id=\"a_5\">148<\/a>\/<a href=\"\/doc\/999134\/\" id=\"a_6\">149<\/a> of the<\/p>\n<p>IPC at Police Station Civil Lines, Amritsar.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_8\">             The averments are that the matter has been compromised. Ms.<\/p>\n<p>Sukhpreet Kaur, Advocate appears for the complainants-respondents No.2<\/p>\n<p>to 4 and has confirmed the factum of compromise. Counsel for respondent<br \/>\n Crl Misc No. M 28334 of 2009(O&amp;M)                         ::2::\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_9\">No.1, however, informs me that the case is pending trial and some of the<\/p>\n<p>prosecution witnesses have also been examined.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_10\">            In view of the fact that the allegations are not very serious, and<\/p>\n<p>in view of the decision of this Court in <a href=\"\/doc\/811682\/\" id=\"a_7\">Kulwinder Singh and others vs State<\/p>\n<p>of Punjab<\/a>, 2007(3) RCR (Crl) 1052, this compromise is accepted,           the<\/p>\n<p>present petition is allowed and FIR No.401, dated 24.11.2006, registered<\/p>\n<p>under <a href=\"\/doc\/1540253\/\" id=\"a_8\">Sections 326<\/a>\/ <a href=\"\/doc\/724142\/\" id=\"a_9\">324<\/a>\/ <a href=\"\/doc\/1011035\/\" id=\"a_10\">323<\/a>\/ <a href=\"\/doc\/1101188\/\" id=\"a_11\">379<\/a>\/ <a href=\"\/doc\/180217\/\" id=\"a_12\">506<\/a>\/<a href=\"\/doc\/763672\/\" id=\"a_13\">148<\/a>\/<a href=\"\/doc\/999134\/\" id=\"a_14\">149<\/a> of the IPC at Police Station<\/p>\n<p>Civil Lines, Amritsar, as also subsequent proceedings emanating therefrom<\/p>\n<p>are quashed. This would, however, be subject to payment of Rs.30,000\/- as<\/p>\n<p>costs to be deposited with the State Legal Services Authority Punjab by the<\/p>\n<p>complainants. Let the complainants produce the receipt of the costs before<\/p>\n<p>the trial Court on the date fixed viz 8.12.2009.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_11\">            As the main petition has since been allowed, all the pending<\/p>\n<p>civil miscellaneous applications, if any, also stand disposed of.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_12\">            Copy of this order be given dasti to counsel for the parties on<\/p>\n<p>payment of usual charges.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_13\">\n<pre id=\"pre_1\">                                          ( AJAY TEWARI             )\nDecember 01, 2009.
