We have also gone through the jail remarks sheet<br \/>\n\tforwarded by the jail authority along with the application.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_5\">Upon<br \/>\n\tperusal of the jail remarks sheet, we find that the applicant has<br \/>\n\tundergone total period of 4 years, six months and thirteen  days as<br \/>\n\tagainst the sentence of imprisonment of life. During that period, he<br \/>\n\twas released on furlough leave on two occasions. He has availed<br \/>\n\tfurlough leave in the month of March 2010 for 14 days.
