APP (SJ) No.716 of 2010\n                             VIJAY KUMAR RAJAK\n                                   Versus\n                               STATE OF BIHAR\n                                -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">3.   14.09.2010              Heard the bail prayer of the appellant after receipt of lower<\/p>\n<p>                   court records.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">                             Learned counsel for the appellant submits that as per the<\/p>\n<p>                   prosecution story, the victim girl had gone out for attending her<\/p>\n<p>                   Computer classes but she did not come back and later on her mother,<\/p>\n<p>                   the informant learnt that the appellant had enticed away her victim<\/p>\n<p>                   daughter. Further submission is that in this case four witnesses were<\/p>\n<p>                   examined but none is eye witness on the point of taking away of the<\/p>\n<p>                   girl by the appellant. Learned counsel also submits that the victim girl<\/p>\n<p>                   was recovered and now she is living a married life but she has not been<\/p>\n<p>                   examined in this case to support the prosecution story.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">                             In the facts and circumstances of the case, during the<\/p>\n<p>                   pendency of this appeal, appellant Vijay Kumar Rajak is admitted to<\/p>\n<p>                   bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000\/- (ten thousand) each<\/p>\n<p>                   with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the<\/p>\n<p>                   trial court, i.e. Assistant Sessions Judge, Patna City in S.T.No. 130 of<\/p>\n<p>                   2005 (Tr.
