Gupta\n                                             Versus\n                                 Shyam Sundar Tibrewal\n                                           -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">06.      13.10.2011         Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf<\/p>\n<p>                      of the petitioner as well as learned counsel appearing on<\/p>\n<p>                      behalf of the opposite parties.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">                               The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the<\/p>\n<p>                      opposite parties prays for adjournment only for today on<\/p>\n<p>                      the ground that one of the family members of the learned<\/p>\n<p>                      counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite parties is<\/p>\n<p>                      seriously ill. However the learned counsel appearing on<\/p>\n<p>                      behalf of the petitioner submits that tomorrow is the date<\/p>\n<p>                      fixed for issuance of writ for delivery of possession in<\/p>\n<p>                      the execution case. In reply, the learned counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>                      opposite parties has submitted that the presiding officer<\/p>\n<p>                      of the Court where the execution case is pending has<\/p>\n<p>                      been transferred and as such there is no likelihood of<\/p>\n<p>                      further proceeding in the execution case tomorrow.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">                               In view of the aforesaid submission by the<\/p>\n<p>                      learned counsel for the opposite parties, the matter is<\/p>\n<p>                      passed over for the day.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">                                                        ( V.
