Public Prosecutor for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">                           Although the petitioner is husband of the informant and his<\/p>\n<p>                 marriage was solemnized on 21.11.2009 but it appears from perusal of<\/p>\n<p>                 the impugned order of the learned Addl. Sessions Judge that informant<\/p>\n<p>                 herself does not want to lead her conjugal life with petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>                 furthermore, it appears from perusal of the first information report that<\/p>\n<p>                 dispute arose between the parties on account of taking the informant<\/p>\n<p>                 by the petitioner from her matrimonial home.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">                           Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as<\/p>\n<p>                 submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, Ravi Rajak be released<\/p>\n<p>                 on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000\/- (ten thousand) with two<\/p>\n<p>                 sureties of the like amount each         to the satisfaction of the Chief<\/p>\n<p>                 Judicial Magistrate, Patna in Parsa Bazar P.S.
