Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :19\/02\/2009\n\n O R D E R\n                          ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n                          ==============\n                     W.P.(C) NO. 5492 OF 2009 (F)\n                    ====================\n\n              Dated this the 19th day of February, 2009\n\n                              J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">      Standing counsel takes notice for R1 and R2.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">      2.    Petitioner submits that her husband late Mathyas Lopez, a<\/p>\n<p>fishermen, expired on 10\/8\/2004. It is stated that he was the member of<\/p>\n<p>the Kerala Fishermen&#8217;s Welfare Fund Board and is a beneficiary of the<\/p>\n<p>Insurance Scheme administered by the 3rd respondent. It is stated that<\/p>\n<p>the claim for Rs.1,00,000\/- was made before the 3rd respondent and that<\/p>\n<p>the same has also been recommended by the 2nd respondent as per Ext.P3<\/p>\n<p>dated 26\/9\/05. The complaint in this writ petition is that although the<\/p>\n<p>claim has been recommended as above, orders have not been passed on<\/p>\n<p>the claim, despite the recommendation as per Ext.P3.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">      3.
