Petitioner is<\/p>\n<p>represented by power of attorney holder . He is the holder of an<\/p>\n<p>Indian Passport bearing No.F.8077850 and is working in Dubai<\/p>\n<p>as Government Employee. His correct date of birth is 28\/5\/1967.<\/p>\n<p>Exts.P3 and P4 are true copies of the SSLC book and the transfer<\/p>\n<p>certificate issued by Zamorin&#8217;s Guruvayurappan College,<\/p>\n<p>Kozhikode. But in the passport, his date of birth is wrongly<\/p>\n<p>mentioned as 28\/5\/1961 instead of 28\/5\/1967.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">           2.   It is submitted by the learned counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner that it is clearly an error. Petitioner seeks for a<\/p>\n<p>direction to the 2nd respondent to take a decision on Ext.P6<\/p>\n<p>application for rectification filed before him.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\" id=\"span_1\">                                   -2-<\/span><br \/>\nW.P.(C).No.11251\/2010<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">           3. There will be a direction to the 2nd respondent to<\/p>\n<p>take a decision on Ext.P6 within one month from the date of<\/p>\n<p>receipt of a copy of this judgment.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">           Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
