Justice KURIAN JOSEPH\n\n Dated :26\/11\/2007\n\n O R D E R\n                         KURIAN JOSEPH, J.\n               ---------------------------------------\n                   W.P.(C) NO. 30327 OF 2004\n                ---------------------------------------\n         Dated this the 26th day of November, 2007.\n\n\n                           J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">      Petitioners approached this Court aggrieved by the fixation<\/p>\n<p>of fees in the self financing Ayurveda College.        It is for the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners, if still aggrieved, to approach the Government. In<\/p>\n<p>the event of the petitioners approaching the first respondent, the<\/p>\n<p>matter will be duly considered by the first respondent with notice<\/p>\n<p>to the first two petitioners as the representatives for the rest of<\/p>\n<p>the petitioners and the second respondent, and appropriate<\/p>\n<p>orders in accordance with law will be passed within a period of<\/p>\n<p>another three months.
