No.20105 of 2010\n                                DHARMPAL RAY, son of Sri Khalifa Ray\n                                                   Versus\n                                        THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                                 -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\"> 4\/     12.08.2010            Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">                               Petitioner is an accused in a case under <a href=\"\/doc\/1560742\/\" id=\"a_1\">Sections 302<\/a>, <a href=\"\/doc\/386021\/\" id=\"a_1\">201<\/a>\/<a href=\"\/doc\/37788\/\" id=\"a_2\">34<\/a><\/p>\n<p>                     of the Indian Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">                               The case is peculiar in itself that due to demand of Rs.200\/-,<\/p>\n<p>                     the father and the brother of the deceased are said to have assaulted him<\/p>\n<p>                     with lathi causing his death.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">                               The petitioner is father of the deceased.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">                               Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no lathi<\/p>\n<p>                     injury on the person of the deceased and death is due to strangulation. He<\/p>\n<p>                     further submits that there is no reason as to why a father would kill his<\/p>\n<p>                     son and that too on demand of some money for medical treatment.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_5\">                               Counsel for the State submits that the case of the father would<\/p>\n<p>                     stand on better footing as that of the brother, who is also accused in this<\/p>\n<p>                     case.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_6\">                               In the circumstances, petitioner, named above, is directed to be<\/p>\n<p>                     released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 5,000\/- (Five thousand)<\/p>\n<p>                     with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of<\/p>\n<p>                     Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court No.-Vth, Saran in<\/p>\n<p>                     connection with S.T.
