(Presiding Officer)<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">1.  By consent, all these appeals are taken up for final disposal.  The matter was heard for some time.  The appellants in all these appeals filed memorandum dated 19.7.2004 seeking leave of the Tribunal to withdraw the appeal to enable the appellant to face the proceedings under the provisions of the MPID Act.  If the appellant ultimately succeeds before the criminal court the appellant seeks leave of the Tribunal to file a review before the respondent.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">2.   The appeal is disposed of in term of the memo dated 19.7.2004.
