The  \ufb01\ufb01ntsnds that having regaxti t0<\/p>\n<p>the nature; of   agg of the appe:l1an.t at the time of<br \/>\naccident, the a sum of Rs.2{),C*0(}\/ ~ towards<\/p>\n<p>Pam a1:1n siower side and that the samf: would<\/p>\n<p>    .. .. . . . . . .. &#8216; \\<\/p>\n<p> It  that a sum of Rs.15,000\/~ awarded towards<\/p>\n<p>Z &#8216;*f12tureA u;1hap\u00a7ii\u00a7c$s is not adequate and masonabie ner does a sum<\/p>\n<p> &#8216;R$.10,00Q}~ awarded taowards 1033 of alfil\ufb01liitifi\ufb01 czampensate the<\/p>\n<p>  the 1033 he suffers throughout his life.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;O:&#8217;:?.&#8221;&#8221; &#8216;I&#8217;he Tzibunal having awaltied Rs.1,5C30\/~ towards Conveyance<\/p>\n<p> attendant charges, Rs.3,0{){&#8216;)\/~\u00bb towards medical expenses and<\/p>\n<p>\u00e9<\/p>\n<p>MP5 8&#8217;\u00a7}52f&#8217;.200&#8242;}&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>U&#8217;:\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">10. On these facts and circumstances and the :iva1&#8243;e{3&#8217;ii{e:ii;i.0ns, in<\/p>\n<p>our opinion, the award of compensation at Rs.12{},&#8211;i};(&#8220;\u00a7(),?-~. <\/p>\n<p>and euz\ufb01fe\ufb01ng is izladequate, given the.-nature   aiid::thev..agej\u00ab of<\/p>\n<p>the appellant as well as the period  fieafmeixi  hae J<\/p>\n<p>to undergo. In our opinion,  is e21\u00a7ifle\u20acI:..;t6&#8243;&#8216;zm&#8217;:additi6na1<\/p>\n<p>compensation of Rs.30,{)O\u00a7)\/ &#8212; &#8216;head. if <\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">11. The award of &#8216;ey  under &#8220;Future<br \/>\nUnhappiness&#8221; 3;;     to Rs.25,D{)O\/- is<br \/>\ninadequate.  of the use of his right<br \/>\nleg to   is burdened with a limp and<br \/>\nciefoI&#8217;mityVL&#8221;&#8216;. In so far as the Aolaim &#8216;earming capacity is<br \/>\nconcerned &#8212; the   of the right lower<br \/>\niimb is not in V.  of the same follows as<br \/>\nmatter of  uujs.
