Heard learned Government Pleader<\/p>\n<p>on behalf of respondents 1 to 3.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">     2.    The    petitioner,        engaged          in     Cellular Mobile<\/p>\n<p>Telecommunication Services made different applications before<\/p>\n<p>respondents 4 to 13 for allotment of building numbers and User<\/p>\n<p>Certificate.  Those applications are pending for more than six<\/p>\n<p>months. Without expressing anything on merits, this writ petition<\/p>\n<p>is ordered directing that the respondents 4 to 13 will take up the<\/p>\n<p>respective application of the petitioner and issue orders within a<\/p>\n<p>period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this<\/p>\n<p>judgment.
