RAMKUMAR, J.\n                  * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *\n             Bail Application No.6147 of 2010\n                 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *\n          Dated this the 7th day of October, 2010\n\n                               ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">      Petitioners, who are accused Nos. 3 and 5 in Crime<\/p>\n<p>No.290\/2009 of Hosdurg Police Station for offences punishable<\/p>\n<p>under Sections 143, 147, 148, 341, 323, 324 and 307 read with<\/p>\n<p>149 <a href=\"\/doc\/1569253\/\" id=\"a_1\">I.P.C<\/a>, seek anticipatory bail.        Consequent on the non-<\/p>\n<p>appearance of the petitioners before the J.F.C.M Court-I, Hosdurg<\/p>\n<p>in C.P.No.127\/2010, non-bailable warrant of arrest are pending<\/p>\n<p>against the petitioners.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">\n<p id=\"p_2\">      2.    Anticipatory bail cannot be granted to nullify the<\/p>\n<p>process issued by a court of competent jurisdiction. There is no<\/p>\n<p>reason why the petitioners should         not surrender before the<\/p>\n<p>J.F.C.M Court-I, Hosdurg and seek regular bail. Accordingly, if the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners surrender before the J.F.C.M Court-I, Hosdurg and file<\/p>\n<p>an application for regular bail within two weeks from today, the<\/p>\n<p>same shall be considered and disposed of, preferably, on the<\/p>\n<p>same date on which it is filed notwithstanding the pendency of<\/p>\n<p>non-bailable warrants of arrest against the petitioners.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">      This Bail Application is, accordingly, disposed of.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">                                              V.
