No.251\/07 : This is a petition to condone the delay of<\/p>\n<p>186 days in filing the review petition.      The judgment is dated<\/p>\n<p>20.10.2006. The judgment was to be complied with within three<\/p>\n<p>months.     It is stated in the affidavit that the copy of the<\/p>\n<p>judgment was received on 18.12.2006. The only reason for the<\/p>\n<p>delay as stated in the affidavit is as follows :<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">                &#8220;There is administrative delay in the office of the<br \/>\n           Advocate General&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">I am afraid, there is no justification for the statement in the<\/p>\n<p>affidavit as quoted above. In the affidavit dated 19.3.2007 filed<\/p>\n<p>by the Deputy Secretary to Government, three months time was<\/p>\n<p>sought for complying with the direction. It is averred as follows:-<\/p>\n<blockquote id=\"blockquote_1\"><p>                             &#8220;Therefore 3 months time from 18.3.2007<br \/>\n           may be granted to comply with the directions contained in the<br \/>\n           above judgment for which a separate petition is also filed<br \/>\n           herewith and the same may be granted.&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p id=\"p_3\">Therefore, there is absolutely no justification in the averment<\/p>\n<p>without any basis that there is administrative delay in the<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\" id=\"span_1\">RP NO.593\/07                    2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Advocate General&#8217;s Office.
