Criminal Application No.825 of 2009 and<br \/>\n879 of 2009 and thereby be pleased to revive the order of grant of<br \/>\nbail dated 10.4.2008 at Annexure D granted by the learned Additional<br \/>\nSessions Judge, Fast Track Court No.3 at Mirzapur, Ahmedabad (Rural)<br \/>\nin Misc. Criminal Application No.37 of 2008.&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">\tIt<br \/>\nis contended by the learned advocate for the applicant that the order<br \/>\ndated 10.4.2008 passed in Misc. Criminal Application No.825 of 2009<br \/>\nis stayed by this Court vide order dated 12.10.2009 and the grounds<br \/>\nfor bail upon which the applicant was enlarged are required to be<br \/>\nconsidered in favour of the applicant.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">\tI<br \/>\nhave considered the submissions made by both the sides. At this<br \/>\nstage, this Court is not entering into the merits of the case. Hence,<br \/>\nlooking to the facts and circumstances of the case, the applicant is<br \/>\nrequired to be granted bail on same bail bond with following<br \/>\nadditional condition along with the conditions, already imposed by<br \/>\nthe trial Courtat the time of releasing the applicant on bail :\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">\tThat<br \/>\nthe applicant shall not enter into the area of Kanbha Police Station<br \/>\ntill further order.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_5\">\tThe<br \/>\napplication is allowed.
