No.22079 of 2010\n                                 KAMLESH PASWAN\n                                          Versus\n                                THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                        -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">3.   21.7.2010                     Heard.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">                                   The renewal prayer has been framed on the ground<\/p>\n<p>                     of petitioner&#8217;s incarceration for over one and half years.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">                                   The case is under <a href=\"\/doc\/1560742\/\" id=\"a_1\">Sections 302<\/a> and <a href=\"\/doc\/386021\/\" id=\"a_1\">201<\/a> of the<\/p>\n<p>                     Penal Code. The facts of the case have been stated in short in the<\/p>\n<p>                     order dated 24.8.2009 in Cr. Misc.
