JUSTICE MAHESH BHAGWATI<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Vikas Ganan, for accused petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">Mr. Paresh Choudhary, Public Prosecutor, for State.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">\t\tThis order governs the disposal of bail petition filed under <a href=\"\/doc\/1290514\/\" id=\"a_1\">section 439<\/a> of Cr.P.C. by Mr. Vikas Ganan Advocate on behalf of the applicants pertaining to FIR No.197\/2009 of Police Station Kekri, District Ajmer in the offences under sections 5(1), 8(2) and 9(2) of Rajasthan Bovine Animal (Prohibition of Slaughter and Migration or <a href=\"\/doc\/1886473\/\" id=\"a_1\">Export) Act<\/a>, 1995.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">2.\t\tHeard the learned counsel for the petitioners as also the learned Public Prosecutor for the State and perused the relevant material available on record.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">3.\t\tLearned counsel for the petitioners has canvassed that the petitioners are the drivers and conductor of the vehicle. The cows did not belong to them. They have been falsely implicated and are in no way connected with the commission of the alleged offences of the instant case. Hence, they may be granted indulgence of bail.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_5\">4.\t\tLearned Public Prosecutor has opposed the bail petition.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_6\">5.\t\tHaving considered the submissions made  at the Bar and perused the relevant material available on record, I, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, do feel inclined to  grant bail to  the petitioners and the bail petition is ordered to be allowed.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_7\">6.\t\tIt is, therefore, ordered that the accused petitioners namely Bahadur Singh S\/o. Badri lal; and Mahendra Singh S\/o.
